“Had to wait a while for delivery slot but our taste of France arrived on the date and at the time we were given. Icepacks still frozen and charcuterie we ordered was perfect. Thank you”

“A great idea and good products most of which are available. Only 4 star because at present the Website is rather complicated. When deliveries not possible you can see all the produce but there is no ‘add to basket’ button. This only appears when deliveries can be made. Ok given situation but there is no way of knowing this unless you send an email or tweet.”

“French Click is a source of joy in these difficult times. Nothing alleviates the miseries of lockdown like a fresh foie gras, a pack of Charal carpaccio or a merguez sausage sandwich. And they can deliver to friends and relatives too - a perfect present.”

“Delighted, in lockdown, to find a French butter and Crème Fraiche supplier! Well packaged, though a bit wet, but I think that was the long transit time which is probably inevitable at the moment! Thank you”

“bonjour, cest la premiere fois que j'utilise Frenchclick.uk, je suis decu de ne pas avoir recu lensemble de ma commande, je peux comprend vue de la situation actuelle. Cependant, recevoir la moitie de ma commande congele, en sachant que certain produit ne sont pas faire pour cela. Peu etre que je recommanderais , mais en tout cas je le recommanderais pas a mon entourage.”

Hi Very sorry about this, it was due to a loading error. The fridge was set on frozen instead of chilled by mistake. Please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com with a list of damaged items and we'll replace or refund for you. Thanks Matt French Click
