“Very good but a little disappointed two items were missing! One was needed as part of a present for someone. I suppose it’s due to the present Covid 19 situation. Otherwise I was satisfied with the service.”

“Knorr Pepper Sauce was available from French Click which was wonderful to see as we really enjoy this sauce and we would normally purchase some when we visit France. Sadly visits to France are not possible at the moment and so this was the best way for us to obtain our favourite sauce. Website was easy to use, price was reasonable, delivery date specified and postage costs were reasonable. Packaging was extremely secure and arrived safely and on time. All in all I can recommend this company and will use again.”

“Disappointing! The pate was four days over the use by date and only one of the three packs of Rosette arrived. Also, the packaging was inadequate and one pack of Danettes and one pack of carottes Rapees were split and unusable.”

“Products are authentically French! We had to have a delivery date quite a few weeks after the order (not sure if COVID-19 had anything to do with this) but it duly arrived on time. One piece of packaging was a bit soggy and looked a bit mounds, but as it was for Apericubes, which are individually wrapped, it didn’t matter!”

“Happy enough overall however there was an item missing but I did not receive an email notifying of this prior to delivery and have not been notified of a refund. I paid extra for a specified morning delivery but parcel force did not adhere to this, actually it was not delivered until am the following day.”

“Haven’t received my items because parcelforce decided to delayed the package with no new delivery date the day it was due arrive. If delivery was free I wouldn’t mind too much but it cost a lot just for it to be delayed.”
