“Absolutely wonderful selection of French produce. Like being in a real French Hypermarket with all my favourite items. Delivery was correct. The unpasteurised cheeses were very fine. I recommended French Click to several foodie friends who used to do day-trips to France to pick up French groceries - they were thrilled and passed the information to others. One friend who lives in Norfolk was particularly pleased to have products such as Beaufort cheese and Merguez sausages delivered. Next order going in today!!”

“Products are good, the packaging comes with tons of polystyrine pellets which are non recyclable and very bad for the environment - I urge French Click to remove them and use sustainable packaging!”

Sorry to hear this. These pellets are flo pak green which can be recycled in some areas and is degradable, so it shouldn't have any lasting environmental impact.

“Great selection, and if there is something they don’t stock they are very open to getting it for you. After 30 years living in France missing certain English groceries, I did not expect the same to occur on my return to the UK but it did. Thank goodness for “French Click””

“The range of produce is great, and the prices are reasonable, but for smaller orders, by the time you have paid the post & delivery, it can end up being too expensive. Also, all of the products that I ordered were very close to their 'sell by dates', which was disappointing as I'd hoped to use them a little later.”

“I was disappointed the Levure Alssciennes were missing and I received a jar of sardine rillettes instead of the pate with Espelette piment that I ordered. I will however give French Click another chance...”

“Products very good but did not need to be packed in gel packs which is not suitable for disposal in a normal household. These need to be incinerated and will clog up drains and sewage systems if emptied into toilets etc. For this reason I have given you a one star rating.”

“Very good selection of French food. I was mainly interested in charcuterie-excellent and enjoyed it all. Also jams that are not available UK. They omitted one item, but reimbursed as soon as reported”

“Took quite a while between order and delivery (though suspect this is the result of Covid travel restrictions than poor service). The box was filled to the brim with foam packing peanuts which cannot be recycled - despite that most of what I bought was dented - though given it was mostly store cupboard items, it’s not such a problem. It would be nice for the packing materials to be more sustainable.”
