“When it finally arrived, the product I ordered was fine. However, my order took a month to arrive, which was very disappointing. I had placed an order in good time for a family occasion, according to the delivery times quoted on the website, However, the order did not arrive and then the promised delivery time shifted several times. I will look elsewhere first next time I am looking for French products.”

“I at last found somewhere I can obtain my favorite douche only normally available in France and as we couldn't visit this year I was desperate. Wonderful I can get it at Frenchclick at a similar price in France plus only £6 delivery and arrived on time, result. Will definitely be buying more of our favourite products.”

“Excellent service and an invaluable source for, in my case, Rabbit, Confit Duck, Magret Duck, Toulouse sausage and tinned fruits. Perishables always arrive frozen. Highly recommend. I order online and delivery to Ayrshire is no problem.”

“Many delicious items but some details on the order were not as described for example the small La Baleine sea salt shakers turned out to be low sodium when I had ordered normal salt, another salt I ordered was described as sea salt has no indication on the packet or on the Cerebos website that it is sea salt and a whole packet of salt had lost its lid and spilt all over the rest of the box”

“The products were fantastic and customer service from Frenchclick brilliant. No faults to raise. The products have kept us smiling for weeks. We however experienced a rather unususal delivery method from Royal Mail, the postman just dropped the parcel over the gate and ran off, luckily nothing broken. I'm assuming it was because he was 4 hours late!! I think we will pick a different delivery company option next time :-D”

“My order was delivered on time, but only in part despite being claimed as a full shipment. Cost of missing items was refunded promptly when I complained. Pity, because they were for a birthday treat.”

“Had to get in touch by phone..the young man who answered need to learn customer services manners..will not to ring if I can help it. I will still order because it is very nice to be able to have food that I used to have in France and living in the north of England does not help... Landscapes is very nice Regards Mrs Viviane Clarke. (Ordered online and also spoke on the phone...hence my review.)”

“Just wonderful to receive my French delicatessen. The package came perfectly on time. I have worried about cheese and travel, but it arrived in a great condition wrapped in ice. It all makes the lockdown a much easier experience :)”

“So happy to have found that website. Being French I sometimes miss French food while living in the UK. Downside: I also know the prices of the products in France and the prices on the website are fairly more expensive”

“I think the service was good. I would order again from French Click. If I had to point out one thing is the fact that one item was changed in my order without me knowing, so I was surprised when I saw the item. If it was out of stock, I would have liked to know beforehand to have the chance to chose something else, or get refunded for the item. Otherwise, I enjoy the service provided.”

Very sorry to hear this. Someone should have been in touch with you about your order. Maybe in Junk e-mail? You're no in the UK so normally we don't ship to your area at the moment due to covid. We're only shipping to our mainland GB area. Customer services will be in touch to arrange a refund or we might be able to ship the order as a one off it you pay the extra delivery charge for the channel islands.
