“We had major problems with the packing of our purchase and the subsequent damage on arrival of our products- we have since had a refund. But not after my daughter in law and son’s disappointment at the service and delivery.”

“Ordering from French Click brings back memories of living in France. Website isn't the most up to date or slickest, but gets the job done and the delivery timescales are generally quite short - within 2-3 days.”

“Good range of products not easily available in the UK. I was expecting some post-Brexit issues but with one small exception everything I wanted was available. I had a bit of difficulty getting a delivery slot but this was not unexpected with both Christmas and the pandemic. Friendly, helpful delivery person too.”

“A huge disappointment. I ordered £30 worth of goods and after 14 days, I only received goods worth £7 with two key items missing... NO REMINDER on unavailable items before order dispatched. This is really funny because the goods cost £7 and the shipping costs £6.5... Do you think customers will still place the order if they know there are only £7 worth of goods available with £6.5 shipping?”

Very sorry about this, it's a mistake. Your order should not be shipped with this many missing items. You should have been contacted. We can ship items of the same value removed free of charge to make up for this mistake. “I ordered £75 worth of goods onabout the 10th ofDec2020 . I paid for them and they said the goods would arrive by the 17th Dec about 24 hours later I was told that they were cancelling the delivery and that I could have them in January. No real apology so why would I like to buy from them! Chris Robillard Writer& Publisher ,”

“After a short problem with gaining a delivery slot I managed to reserve one much sooner than I expected. The products ordered were delivered on the correct day and my request for no substitutions was respected and I received a small refund for the product out of stock. Will definitely use themn again.”

“First time using French Click and I was very pleased. Everything arrived in good condition and chilled items still very cold. Some things were out of stock and I would have liked an invoice in the package so I could clearly see that I hadn’t been charged for them. However this won’t put me off ordering again so that I can enjoy some of my favourite things from France.”

“I'm glad that I found this online shop as I really miss a lot of the French products that my wife and I used to buy when we were living there. Just a pity that we live too far away to enjoy the fresh produce. I found that the delivery time is a wee bit long but I understand in the Covid affected times. Also there were two items missing from the delivery but they reimbursed me tout-de-suite ! I will definetely be buying from here again.”
