“Ordered 7 boxes of Lu Palmito to meet the minimum order requirements. Order arrived well packaged, with no damage, and at the given time. Shipped by FEDEX. Dates stipulated on the website a bit restrictive...kind of got the feeling that it's one person running this business, but at least you know what you're signing up for beforehand.”

“I love being able to buy from the huge range offered. I can understand that it's difficult at the moment, which led to a delay because of the temporary unavailability of Poilane bread. But I wasn't told that the olive oil I'd ordered wasn't available - I would have liked the option to buy another brand. I will nevertheless be returning soon!”

“Actually I couldn’t make the purchase in the end because they stopped shipping to Ireland. I know it’s due to this most inane Brexit context but it’s disappointing that no solution has yet been found or at least implemented. I’m getting more stuff directly from France now, but it would be great if Frenchclick could start thinking about catering for their potential Irish customers.”
