“Ordered on 5/12/22, delivered finally on 16/12/22. 11 days is unacceptable for cheese to be in the postage system. Even if you go by the e-mail notifications of actual delivery that goes from 12/12 to 16/12 that’s at least 4 days out of the fridge . Many “delayed” messages. No follow up until today 2/01/23. Poor.”

“We lived in France for 6 years 30+ years ago. It was so nice to browse the wide selection, remembering the old names; and even better to receive and taste them. Everything was very well packed. The boudins blancs were delicious, as was the cassoulet. We are looking forward to placing our next order!”

“The product variety is great and good quality/selection of brands. I ordered a mix of long-life products and fresh ones (cheese) - all were very good. I found products there that I miss from home! Great choice of compotes, cheeses, rillettes, shower gels from le Petit Marseillais, etc. Overall I'm very happy to have a service like this one in London! I enjoyed having the ability to pick up the order from the warehouse in Colliers Wood but I didn't find the instructions to do so to be obvious. If you do order for pick up, you can call right away to arrange a time, no need to wait for confirmation the products you ordered are ready for pick up.”

“This is not the 1st time I have had a delivery issue with French Click. The latest one is I am still waiting for my delivery that was due on 17 December, ordered and booked the delivery ahead and with plenty of time left before Christmas. French Click are blaming it on Parcel Force saying their orders were not collected as planned. Parcel Force says the order was returned to their depot. Now it’s out again for delivery apparently, still waiting… When you email French Click you get a “sorry, it will be delivered today”. 5 days on and still waiting. Of course there are fresh products in the order which will therefore need to be binned on arrival as they have been out on the road for several days, and I am pretty sure I will get no apologies and no refund from French Click. Avoid at all costs.”

Very sorry about this. If anything doesn't arrive in good condition we'll refund it or offer a replacement if there's time to send it out. Please e-mail customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we'll sort that. There have been more delivery issues than usual this year due to strikes and then very bad weather for a couple of weeks.

Very sorry about this. Please e-mail customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject. There have been some delays to international orders but they are going out. Customer service should be able to provide a tracking number.
