“I ordered raclette and fondue packs (among other things). Products were as expected, well delivered. However, I had to freeze all the raclette packs (hopefully it's fine...) because the perishable dates were super short, I ordered end of November and the due dates were end of December. I can't obviously eat 4 packs of raclette in less than 1 month (even if I told them about it). All good with fondues. I wish they have told me about the raclette dates and I would have changed my mind. Haven't tried the products yet but they look ok.”

“I have ordered a few items for Christmas to arrive. I received a confirmation email about delivery. Yet a few days after it should have arrived, I received an email saying that some of the products are not available! Waste of time.”

“Very poor customer service. When my order arrived (in my order I had two packs of the same sweets) one was fine, the other looked like it had been kicked around the floor as it was very crumpled and split open, with a very faded sell-by date!! I emailed customer serv. who replied "Unfortunetey, we cannot redeliver a single pack of sweets"! As you can see they can't even spell! They did tell me I could keep the rubbish pack!!!! But more importantly, why could they not have sent me another pack, I replied again explaining that they were a gift for two boys so I would not be able to use the other bag, so could please just pop a bag in the post as this was not my mistake. They have not even bothered to reply. Not at all happy that they feel they can just put any old rubbish in with an order and hope you don't notice.”

Very sorry about this. Normally a re delivery should be offered, we'll investigate this as it seems customer service just refunded it.

“The day before my delivery I went on the website to check the status of my order, I realised some items add been removed. I called and was told they didn’t have the items. I wanted to cancel the order as not all my items were going to be delivered, was told I couldn’t cancel! I had to cancel 48h before delivery! I asked why they didn’t let me know before, I was told they didn’t know! As they wouldn’t let me cancel the order, they promised my missing items would be delivered at some point when available. Then later on I received an email saying the redelivery was cancelled. Overall they were quite happy to take my money, but had no interest on fulfilling my order. Will not use again!”

Very sorry about this. We don't take card payments until we actually ship orders out. We're investigating what was missing and what's happened there. If the order was shipped already you can refuse it, will be returned and we'll offer a full refund. We can also ship missing items later or offer free delivery on your next order if you want to re-order them.
