“Great products however the delivery was a mess. We didnt get our entire order and some of the products we received were not the right ones. Please ameliorate your product delivery which will make this so much better”

“Happy to have my usual French favourites, particularly at a time when I can't easily get to France. Thank you. The only downsides were the lead time between order and delivery, and a couple of incorrect products. The incorrect products however were quickly resolved by customer service.”

“Excellent choice of French products and what we ordered arrived securely and correctly. However the pack did not arrive until Friday although dispatched on Tuesday. We know that delivery to Northern Ireland can take time, but Parcel Force do offer a quicker service and out parcel was in the England hub for nearly 24 hours. This is difficult when there is perishable produce although we did feel the arrival temperature was acceptable.”

“Some lovely stuff here. I bought some tubs of Le Petit Marseillais body lotion which I love. Due to Covid we are not going to France this year so it was great to stock up from Frenchclick.”

“My 1st order had to disposed of due to late delivery. This was the post office fault. Beth from customer services offered me a refund or to replicate my order with DPD. I accepted this and looked forward to my delivery. What a shambles. I only received about a 1/4 of what I ordered. No steak, no boudin noir, nor jams or marmalade. They put a loaf of bread in which I didn’t order and was all squashed anyway. I did receive my butters of which I ordered 6 of. 4 of them only had a week shelf life!! Also a morbier cheese I ordered looked to be 2 months out of date. I did receive a refund but was assured by Benedict in customer services the cheese was fine. My partner wasn’t happy so binned that. Will not be using again.”

“A great service but shameful absolutely un-recyclable packaging, an enormous amount of waste, plastic, foam beans...There are alternatives to this and I wouldn't mind paying a tiny bit more for this company to make this world a better place. I will not use this service again only for this.”

“Just what we wanted. Unfortunately one item was not available which is understandable just now. Would help if chilled items with cardboard were in plastic bags so the paper doesn’t get soggy from the cold blocks. Overall very pleased.”

“Took two weeks to deliver. One product was missing from my order without warning. One of the pate-packs was open at the side and I had to throw it away. The rest of the order was warm instead of cool, with soggy packaging. Will never use them again.”

“I placed my order mid-June and, because of the sanitary crisis, the delivery was scheduled for about 3 weeks later. I didn't mind the wait at all, though, as I live in the North of England. My order, which contained a few fresh products, was dispatched on a Friday evening from London and was scheduled to be delivered on the next morning (DPD Saturday express AM). However, DPD delivered it on the following Monday morning, and despite the ice packs, my cheese and desserts were ruined and I had to throw them away. When I took this matter to DPD, they said that all companies using their services had been made aware that Saturday AM services were mostly reserved for key workers and vulnerable people during the Covid crisis. As my order was not a necessity, it was stocked in their warehouse over the weekend, obviously not in a refrigerated area. This made me wonder why French Click chose to use DPD despite of this. That being said, the other products were all well packaged and were all there. One item was out of stock, and French click refunded me before my order was even dispatched, so I was very impressed with that. Overall, as a French person living in the UK, I was very happy to be able to get these items from home that I miss very much, and I think the pricing is good too. Good service overall, just disappointed that the Saturday morning delivery issue cost me a couple of products.”
