“Package arrived on time, well packed and with ice packs where chilled stuff ordered. There was a discrepancy between what had been ordered and paid for and what had been sent but this was soon resolved by helpful staff and money refunded with no hassle. 1 comment I would make is that I would like to be able to place an order and be offered an earlier delivery date than 2 weeks away.”

“French Click is a specialist supplier of French food and drink. We love the food and drink which they can deliver. Highly recommend their merguez sausages and the range of cheeses. The website is a bit tricky to decipher but with patience you will be led to paradise!”

“Really happy with the order. Only main downside was that the first delivery slot was for 3 weeks later. I placed a first order to try the service and am really happy. Fridge stuff were in ice pack, crops in good condition. Only negative point was that both rillette only had 1 week before expiring. Will order again next time I feel homesick”

“Thank you for my recent (first) order. One of the items was a Duclos container of pepper. I asked for 'grains' (peppercorns), but received ground pepper, in error. So I sent it back, and eventually, this week, I received the correct item. I'm sure I will be back again with another order, because 2020 is the first year for fifty years that I have not visited France (!) So, with an imminent second lockdown, I will be knocking on your door, once again, clamouring for more French stuff. Cordialement, Jonathan.”

“THE ITEMS I ORDERED TOOK FAR TO LONG TO ARRIVE. I COULD HAVE WALKED TO FRANCE AND BOUGHT IT QUICKER. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY. IT WAS A VERY SIMPLE ITEM. IF YOU ADVERTISE IT I ASSUME YOU HAVE IT. NOT VERY IMPRESSED REALLY.”

“Unfortunately the poor packaging let done French Click. Fresh fruit and eggs were received squashed, yogurts were leaking and the rest of the produce wet. Shame, but now know not to include fresh or chilled produce or breakable items in our order. NB: Wrapping chilled products in ice bubbles was not a good idea as it made the rest of the contents wet”

“The parcel was delivered on time and the fresh products were still cool. All the tins were in good condition and I will certainly order from them again. Outside London takes at least 2 weeks for delivery, which I mut remember in future.”

“I was disappointed when I wanted to order more than one tin of lentils that I was unable to do so. When I phoned to ask if this was a fault with your website, I was told that you did not have enough in stock for customers to have more than one. Surely with a tinned item you must be able to get sufficient stock of a very ordinary item.”

Sorry to hear this. We have very high demand for some items to ensure we have enough stock for all customers the amount you can purchase is limited to 1 for the moment. Once the present crisis is over we will be able to life these restrictions.
