“Took my order, during payment there was nothing about how long delivery would take. I emailed to question the fact that after the order was placed it would be over 3 weeks for 2 bottles. No reply. I messaged on face book, no reply. I am shielding and this was important. I won't use them again, won't recommend them and think customer service needs looking at.”

“We waited several weeks for our order. When it came it was the wrong order although the outside address was correct the contents were for another customer. Parcel was collected next day and our correct order arrived several days later. Apart from that and one item not available all was well!! Not sure if we will order again as it took several tel.calls and emails to sort the confusion. Time wasting and annoying. Please check orders before shipping.”

“Good range of products in an easy to use website - able to top up on those French favourites we were not able to buy in France due to travel restrictions! Perhaps a little expensive, and very slow delivery, but all items arrived when stated and were very well packaged. I would use again.”

“Not being able to go to France by P&O Ferries and as we are missing the French cheese, meat and fish selection we found French Click website which we have tried and found they are brilliant, they deliver to the door on time. Two items were missing and on phoning they couldn't have been more helpful and as the items were not available we would be reimbursed. We Will definitely be using them again SOON.”

“Excellent product range Packing is slightly inconvenient with lots of polystyrene fills Delivery slots aren't always close to purchase date and I had to wait for 2 weeks for my order but at least it arrived with notices from the logistics company”

“Very efficient delivery of French goodies. The use by dates are very long and therefore give a very good shelf life. Unfortunately the allowable quantity of some products are limited in number. Not sure why? Packing etc., is superb including the chilled products. Perhaps a more environmentally sensitive packing material could be used rather than polystyrene pieces?. Missing items were credited very quickly.”

“I ordered rillettes. 6 tubs. I think they were delivered on a Tuesday. One expired the following Saturday. They were all pretty well on in their shelf lives. also, they took a long time to be sent. They were exactly as expected and delicious.”

“I was very pleased with my first delivery from French click of some of my French favourites not otherwise available here. Everything including the Batavia lettuce arrived in good condition, well packed with cooling elements. I hope Brexit won't affect future supplies in any way.”
