“I'm so pleased to have found this site. Many years of regular work travel to France & Belgium means that no other mayo but Amora or Benedicta will do. My local deli used to stock it, but no longer now under new ownership. Waitrose Maille will do at a pinch, but it's a bit of a trek to my nearest one. Such a wide range of French goodies, and although the shipping costs were a tad expensive (I live in Cornwall) it's cheaper than getting the Brittany Ferry from Plymouth to Roscoff! Covid 19 meant there was quite a wait for delivery, but delighted with the excellent packing and the contents, of course! Will use again and recommend.”

“Unfortunately I have still not received my order, due on the 22 July. I have tried phoning and sent an email but have had no contact at all. I am not very happy with French Click and would not recommend it to my friends.”

“Fresh produce (cheese & pastry) was well packaged with an ice pack and was still well chilled when we received the parcel. All goods present as ordered an no substitutes Will definitely buy from them again. We lived in France for 3 years and this website was an excellent way to purchase those wonderful French products difficult to buy in the UK. They delivered within the time specified.”

“We have used French Click to buy otherwise difficult to find items for a number of years. While it is nice to travel to France to shop this isn’t always possible so French Click is available to ensure that stocks don’t run out. It has been disappointing in recent months that delivery slots are so far into the future. Other online retailers have worked hard to secure timely deliveries during the recent pandemic while even recently it is necessary to order weeks in advance to secure a French Click delivery. That said when things go wrong Customer Service responses time is good and problems are dealt with quickly and fairly. We will continue to shop with French Click and look forward to a better delivery system.”

“As regular visitors to France, we enjoy eating French food brands, and some very specific items which are not available in the UK. Buying from Frenchclick.co.uk allows us to enjoy some of our favorite French foods home in the UK.”
