“Products are authentically French! We had to have a delivery date quite a few weeks after the order (not sure if COVID-19 had anything to do with this) but it duly arrived on time. One piece of packaging was a bit soggy and looked a bit mounds, but as it was for Apericubes, which are individually wrapped, it didn’t matter!”

“Happy enough overall however there was an item missing but I did not receive an email notifying of this prior to delivery and have not been notified of a refund. I paid extra for a specified morning delivery but parcel force did not adhere to this, actually it was not delivered until am the following day.”

“Haven’t received my items because parcelforce decided to delayed the package with no new delivery date the day it was due arrive. If delivery was free I wouldn’t mind too much but it cost a lot just for it to be delayed.”
