“2packets of dried soup missing Knorr Soupe deshydratee forestiere. It’s ticked on the Order Picking Ticket no SO-334387 but was not in the parcel. I have trie many times to phone and once left a message but have not heard anything. A pity as I was delighted to find this site and would love to place more orders if I could trust customer service!”

“It is good to be able to order favourite French products in the UK especially with the major restrictions and stupidity of Brexit. You should make it clearer to customers that there will often be substitutions and sometimes cancellations and that you'll adjust the final bill if that happens, so the customer isn't left wondering whether they've been charged for something that hasn't arrived.”

“I was very pleased with the delivery service from French Click - next day and well packed with cool bags to keep items fresh. The only disappointment was that the creme fraiche was already out of date on the day it was shipped.”

“What you sent was fine and well wrapped. But 2 complaints: 1. There seems to be no inventory control on your website. One of the items I ordered did not arrive. i was told when I rang it was out of stock at the time of my order but was now back in. Would I like it sent? I would have to pay delivery again (almost the same as the cost of the item). Certainly not ! 2. You understate the delivery charge by omitting VAT, which is annoying and I believe against the rules”

Very sorry to hear this. If the two items were key to your order we'll be able to resend them and waive any delivery charge. Please e-mail matthew@frenchclick.com and customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can sort that for you. The delivery charge is shown including VAT on at least one page with the total order amount before you checkout and pay just not on the initial one. We appreciate it can be clearer and we're working on getting in included in all pages.

“Had what we wanted, arrived on time but too much packaging. Could have just popped in a jiffy bag rather than a box and loads of polystyrene, just too much and a waste.”

“Having lived in France for many years I love the fact I can still obtain my favourites from time to time from French Click. The service I receive from them is always efficient and very reliable, and the choice of goods extensive. The cost of postage is reasonable and I am able to choose which day I want my parcel to arrive which is so convenient.”

“Dry, boxed goods were fine but every tin in the order was dented. There were 7 tins of of lemon cordial in the delivery - all dented, two with cracked plastic tops and one leaking into the packaging. Unimpressed.”

“dissatisfied I wanted a delivery to guernsey checked you deliver to guernsey it said yes I carefully selected items much pondering as great choices, selected delivery date still impressed paid for my order, all good received order confirmation still impressed and then a few days later “we have refunded you as we cannot deliver to Guernsey” And that’s why only 1 star”

“I was delighted to discover French Click some years ago. Our favourite French coffee, which we brought back after every trip, was not in UK supermarkets. But FC sell it! So we have been buying it regularly since. Good price, very reliable delivery, and our caffeine needs are met....”
