“I shop from Frenchclick for the variety of flavoursome French food. There is a great selection and it recaptures many memories of my visits to France, especially the smoked herrings and the couscous royal. Even the Poulain 1848 hot chocolate powder has a wonderful quality I can't describe, delicious with or without milk. This is my monthly treat waiting for my delivery. Love it!”

“Overall I really liked it, but yogurts were damaged and brioche was very squashed, when it comes to variety it's amazing, order a few items available on the website but then weren't when sent, little disappointed.”

“Almost 100% happy with my order except for the smoked liver cod, I ordered the brand Officer and got Connétable which is not as good, I would have preferred to be informed and cancel these tins. Also the cardbox was damaged but luckily nothing was missing. Otherwise fine.”

“Delivery arrived , snack boxes torn, brioche squashed Madeleines squashed.. Poorly packaged. Have tried to phone but number does not exist. Have emailed for a refund but no reply”

“We like FC very much! The website is very easy to use, as is managing the account. We have a delivery every month or so and it is generally items to augment the supermarket shopping, which we cannot buy in the UK. So certain flavours of jam, cheeses we don't see this side of the Channel, sauces which do not generally appeal to British palate, better ready-made pastry. And sometimes things we forgot to buy in Auchan or SuperU! Long, may you thrive...Vive le Clic Francais! 😁”

“I recently placed my first order with French Click. I was very impressed with the range of goods on the website. My order arrived minus a couple of items missing that appeared on the ticket as being picked. I emailed French Click to ask if they could be delivered, and instead, they refunded the cost of the items to me. That was a minor disappointment. I will use French Click again, but it would be very useful if the orders were double checked before being dispatched.”

“Ordering was simple enough but parcel arrived with smashed jars inside and vinegar leaking out. Hazardous to dispose of broken glass. DPD (delivery service) blamed FrenchClick and basically said it wasn't their problem because FrenchClick had packed parcel incorrectly. I would like to hear FrenchClick's response.”
