“Got everything I ordered at the right time. Only glitch was the ice pack burst and went all oner the cheese cubes and soaked the cardboard packaging so I had to put them in a different container”

“I just love their products - I can buy some of my favourites without having to cross the channel. Prices are very fair and delivery is good. I would have given 5 stars except for the packaging - my goods arrived in a box at least 10 times bigger than necessary and the remaining space was stuffed full of non-recyclable plastic chips. It just doesn't convey a very good message.”

“Ordered a large amount, followed the process online with deliveries. All went well until only 1/4 arrived. After asking, i was told that I had selected the wrong shipping. Why this was not raised during the ordering process!! Reactive, not proactive not customer focused sadly. Unless you raise this, clearly nothing would have been done. Felt flicked off!”

Very sorry about this. We can only send 30kg of water per order outside of London. We are working on getting it so you won't be able to order more than this amount in the first place online.

“Very nice products, delivered on time. My reason for not reordering is the huge amount of packing peanuts (2 bin bags full) which wouldn’t dissolve in water and therefore were hard to dispose of.”
