“Being unable to go to France this year, I was very pleased to find that you can supply many of the items I am unable to get at English supermarkets, certainly not in the West Country.There was a little delay between ordering and dispatch, but nothing was spoiling. Now that I know how well your service works, I shall certainly be ordering again.”

“A wide range of goods are available, which is good, and I would certainly buy more, however despite placing an order at the beginning of August, I still have not received the goods, and it is almost September. I have asked when I will receive the goods, but have been told there is no definite date as it depends on delivery in my area. Despite having been charged and I have paid for these items, this is not good enough.”

“A great selection of French products just like at the supermarket back home, and delivered in simple recyclable bags for the environment. If there's anything they don't have in stock on the day of your delivery, they will refund you automatically. I only wish they'd inform you of what they've refunded before you actually receive the parcel.”

“Bought 12 boxes of LU petit beurre but ended up getting them with 2 days before expired date. Not happy At all with that. And they delivered half of My order and had to call back asking for the rest of my order. Bad experience to be honest!”

Very sorry to hear that, we will always replace the item in a case like this if the date is short. It looks like the rillettes were missing originally but they they should have been redelivered.
