“The products ordered were fine, and difficult to get elsewhere. However the packaging was excessive and the box was full of hundreds of polystyrene 'beans' - very environmentally unfriendly, as well as unnecessary. Many companies use screwed-up newspaper or brown paper to protect goods in delivery, which can be recycled.”

“Great product range - a couple of minor niggles in that I found the website is a bit temperamental, and delivery took a bit longer than I would have hoped for. However, well worth the wait as I've now got a supply of some of my favourite French foodstuffs - thank you.”

“I was happy to be able to buy french product, but seriously, Hexomedine at the price you sale is discusting..need it so took it and to make my purshase worth I took 3 others Item. DELAY to be delivered is ridiculous!!!!!!!”

“Great to have this service, but a few things that make me think again for the future. The way the web site deals with delivery dates is not great, I don't mind waiting, but having to come back multiple times until a slot exists, isn't great. On packaging, neither cool packs (which break and leak) and styrofoam chips are recyclable (I know it's a though ask for fresh produce). Better separation of cool produce from other produce would be great as water from the cool packs leaks and damages packaging. Out of stock produce, it's shame I learnt about it when paypal sent me a refund for the missing products. Also the order was placed 2 weeks before the planned delivery, so strange there was so much of it out of stock. and finally best before dates on some meat products where 3 days from delivery date, not great. If these were addressed in the future, I would order again no question.”

“I ordered a few French products for my wife including several type of cheese. The problem with French cheese is that they are not easy to find in the North East and even when you do, the quality is not always the best. My wife (I am not a cheese fan myself) found the cheese to be of top quality. I was wondering how the cheese would cope with the June heat, but it was all wrapped up in a special gel that kept it cool.”

“The delivery service was very friendly, but there were items listed as out of stock that didn't turn up and no alternative was proffered. It would likely have bought an alternative suggestion if I'd known earlier.”
