“French Click has an excellent selection of French produce that is normally difficult or impossible to find in the UK. Prices are reasonable and delivery is usually on a named day. In the current circumstances, you may have to wait for a delivery slot to become available. My main criticism is that it is not always clear until you are well into the buying process, whether delivery slots are available. The first time I used the website, I couldn't add anything to my basket, and it was not clear why. The next morning it worked perfectly. I have just tried to place a second order and I was able to place items in the basket, but am unable to select a delivery method. The website advises that I check back tomorrow, but it is not clear whether my basket will be saved in the meantime. A little extra work is needed to make the interface more user-friendly.”

“I was delighted to find the coffee Grand’mère coffee was available in the UK. After years of drinking no other coffee, I feared that travel restrictions would mean that I could not replenish my supply. Delivery was as stated, with the bonus of being able to track the parcel. Packaging was good, secure and eco friendly. The coffee arrived just before I used the last packet in my cupboard, much to my and my daughter’s delight. Thank you.”

“The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the amount of time between ordering and delivery - but I understand that's because of the unusual circumstances we are in and probably doesn't reflect what happens in more normal times. Otherwise faultless - for ease of ordering, being kept informed about the delivery schedule, delivery itself and quality of products. Thanks.”
