“It's great to be able to source french ingredients with so little fuss given the current circumstances. Having got used to bringing back a bag full from Carrefour /Calais after a weekend away one tends to suffer from withdrawal symptoms if you cant get French Mayo or Fish soup!! French Click makes it all possible with no fuss at all. Vive le Click!!”

“Made an order but had to wait 3 weeks for an available slot due to Covid-19. The day before the delivery was due, I received a partial refund due to some products being out-of-stock but I had to 'spot the difference' between the two shipping notes to work out exactly which things had been refunded. On receiving the products, the cardboard packaging of the cheeses was soggy where the SorbaFreeze had made everything wet. And one product had been substituted with a different item without warning. FrenchClick offered a refund, but made no effort to replace the original item I'd wanted, nor did they answer my question about availability. However, the dry goods were well packaged with bottles sealed using masking tape to stop them leaking. I'll use them again because I think they're struggling a lot during Covid-19 (hence the 4 stars, rather than 3) so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and I really like the concept of a French online supermarket, but this was by no means a flawless first encounter.”

“Bearing in mind that I placed an order in the middle of a pandemic AND a heatwave, the overall experience was good. A little more care needed when it comes to packing, breads and soft cakes don't fare well under cans of Cassoulet! Customer service was quick to rectify any issues, ie flattened cakes...”
