“Unfortunately two items I ordered were missing . Muriel dealt with this very efficiently with a refund. Shame. I was looking forward to the confitures! Next time...”

“Good selection of products but the site needs to delete from its range those items which are no longer available. Having tried to order a particular item three times, on each occasion the order was accepted, but when it arrived, the item was said to be unavailable. By way of compensation, we were sent a replacement jar of a condiment that was not wanted.”

“mostly good, only disappointment is that the item I was after the most (basically the one I decided to place an order for at the very first place) turned out not to be available after I placed my order (the rest of my order was fine). so now I'll have to place another order to get this item.”
