Paid extra for a morning delivery, stayed home and the delivery was pushed back to the next day. Was promised a refund on the difference, which never came.
One item was missing, essential part of Xmas Dinner so that was definitely not great either. This was refunded at least...
Otherwise all good, products were still fresh despite the delay, probably due to it being the week when it was freezing outside.
