“I have just been acquainted with French Click, having discovered that they stock, the La Laitière products which I no longer can find in Waitrose. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. The only thing I was annoyed about was that the items were only a few days away from the Sell y Date, which should not happen with dairy products. Also, a better way should be found of keeping the items cold, without them arriving soaked ought to be found, but that is less important than a closer attention to the sell By Date!”

“Great selection of foods and general french goods that we can’t find in the U.K. which is great for expats! Prices are a bit high but it’s worth it for some of the items. The website could do with some TLC, it’s a little fiddly and confusing. Only real downside is the delivery cost is ridiculously high, even if you select a delivery date a week after your order. If it would be lower I’d probably order every week but this won’t happen.”

“I have placed on yogurts etc How do you maintain the temperature of the food if it require refrigeration when you are sending via courier companies. Does it affect the product quality?”

“There is a good selection of products. Pricewise not always the cheapest. Delivery a day late. Produce arrived well packaged and in good condition. All in all I would recommend French Click.”

Sorry to hear this. Please note, we do use recycled cardboard boxes, the sorba freeze can be reused. “The products is good but I can never make a purchase because I can never pass my card through the SAGE security system. I use my card many times elsewhere . The situation is very frustrating , and time consuming, I do try ! T FITTON .”

“Paid extra for a morning delivery, stayed home and the delivery was pushed back to the next day. Was promised a refund on the difference, which never came. One item was missing, essential part of Xmas Dinner so that was definitely not great either. This was refunded at least... Otherwise all good, products were still fresh despite the delay, probably due to it being the week when it was freezing outside.”
