“Although the delivery takes a week from ordering, it is lovely to be able to buy items we would usually buy in France. Delivery was good and the goods were as expected, delicious :)”

“I thought I was buying seed potatoes so imagine my surprise when edible potatoes arrived! The website didn’t alter the description I had input. Ah well, we’ll eat some and try to sprout some for seed, and I’ve learnt to question suppliers closely before confirming purchase. Perhaps one day we shall be able to bring Amandine seed potatoes home from France again!”

“First order and I am very pleased with this company. It is great to enjoy again the products I used to buy in France and I'll certainly use French Click again. One item was missing but had been refunded even before the delivery, so great admin. I would have given 5 star if packaging had been all recyclable, with shredded cardboard as padding, but polysterene type of padding chips were used, a lot of it.”

“Delivery time was too long and too expensive and most of the boxes were broken , not super happy as my biscuits were crumbs not biscuits anymore 😞”

Very sorry about this, please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject. We'll be able to replace or refund the damaged items. If you have photos of the packaging that can also be useful as we need to see how it was packed and if fragile tape was used.

“Was thrilled to find that it was possible to order our family’s French favourites here in the UK. After living 10 years in France, my children missed French yoghurts, frommage blanc and French candies. Services was reasonably fast and all fresh items were kept cool and arrived perfectly! Will use again. Merci bien!”

“Very disappointed. The tinned foods were dented in several places. The cake package was torn and the cake sunk into the package. The all packaging needs to be reviewed despite the mountain of polystyrene. Parcelforce: impeccable, excellent service!”

“Slightly slow dispatch over Christmas, but I guess they were enjoying their own products. Which are excellent! (Only room for improvement would be for them to please switch to recyclable packaging and stop using polystyrene chips)”

“Very well organised, the site offers a wide range of French foods. I bought a Galette des Rois. As soon as you place your order, they send you a delivery date. They delivered exactly when they said, the package was trackable through Parcel Force. It was incredibly well packaged, and the Danettes were wrapped in ice, to keep them fresh!”
