“They had what I wanted. Parcel force delivered it to the wrong address. French Click were willing to replace it but Parcel Force found it first. French Click we’re very easy to talk to and help.”

“The quality is still superb, however it is disappointing to only find out when unpacking that a fair few items aren't there. On the site they are in stock. Are substitutions an option?”

“Super happy with the fast service... I was able to grab a few things I miss from home - good quality stuff and a good range of products. Of course a little on the expensive side, but tbh if you pick your products right, it's no more expensive than anywhere else you'd be able to find the same stuff. Thanks”
