I’m getting a feedback request although I didn’t manage to place an order. I tried but couldn’t access my account and gave up. French Click must improve their password management system. Telling me the last two characters of my password by email doesn’t help, especially when they match what I was entering. And sorry, facing the prospect of spending a long time on the phone to get this sorted is not really appealing while on the move. Finally, you might want to improve your website and make it tablet/ mobile phone friendly… We are in 2022, not 1998.

This is the worst shopping I ever made .The delivery was moved to another day without telling me and I had to wait the weekend for having my shopping.Delivery never came between the time slot they suggested and an item was missing.I have called them the staff is way out of line,scream and don't let you speak .They hanged the phone twice and never picked up after 5 times.This is disgusting the way they treating me .No one has offered me anything as a compensation.Please dont buy from them.

I ordered Haribo sweets in 3 different varieties , 1 was delivered correct 1 was delivered in different guise but the last was supposed to be large all black sweets but were all colours .I was going to challenge it but decided to eat some instead! I think it is the picking in the warehouse ? as the order note was correct where the items had been ticked . The black Dragibus were the reason for my purchase but life is too short !!!

Andouilette was six days past 'eat by' date. Vacherin was rancid Beaufort was broken in pieces and had the texture of Kraft cheese slices Duck confit apparently came from Perivale Middlesex Not impressed

It’s only 4* because of the packaging, a box far larger than needed full of polystyrene pellets! I’d hoped they were the soluble type!! . The product is a favourite but not polystyrene. Please reconsider this Barbara

Hi, sorry to see the wrong box size might have been used. Yes we're using flo pak green which will degrade in the natural environment and can be recycled in some areas.

Although the delivery takes a week from ordering, it is lovely to be able to buy items we would usually buy in France. Delivery was good and the goods were as expected, delicious :)

I thought I was buying seed potatoes so imagine my surprise when edible potatoes arrived! The website didn’t alter the description I had input. Ah well, we’ll eat some and try to sprout some for seed, and I’ve learnt to question suppliers closely before confirming purchase. Perhaps one day we shall be able to bring Amandine seed potatoes home from France again!

First order and I am very pleased with this company. It is great to enjoy again the products I used to buy in France and I'll certainly use French Click again. One item was missing but had been refunded even before the delivery, so great admin. I would have given 5 star if packaging had been all recyclable, with shredded cardboard as padding, but polysterene type of padding chips were used, a lot of it.

Delivery time was too long and too expensive and most of the boxes were broken , not super happy as my biscuits were crumbs not biscuits anymore 😞

Very sorry about this, please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject. We'll be able to replace or refund the damaged items. If you have photos of the packaging that can also be useful as we need to see how it was packed and if fragile tape was used.
