“I'm delighted to be able to have a service like the one French Click provides. The food's excellent, the deliveries are on time, well packed, and the service is helpful and courteous. My only grumble is that when products aren't in stock, the delivery arrives without them, but unless you get in touch with the company and point this out, the bill isn't changed or money refunded. This could and should be automated. In conclusion: great food, a shame about the confusion with final billing.”

“Good products at good prices, but a little disorganised. Quick to put it right, though. Details: everything on my order was from the fridge. Despite that, the priciest item on the order was ticked off on the enclosed packing note but had been omitted. This was a "genuine human error", but good processes work even when genuine humans do as humans are inclined to do, which is to make mistakes. In their process, they have one piece of paper that doubles as a "Picking list" and a "Packing list", and it's the "Pick" that ticked off, not the "Pack." Asking for trouble! And: they sent the missing item by a.m. Next Day, which was good, but a better-designed process would have avoided this cost. Reading other reviews, "missing item" is not an exceptional occurrence for them.”

“Beautiful butter. I bought an assortment of products from the Brittany region from French Click. I was worried they might spoil in transit but when they arrived they were still very cold thanks to the ice pack that was used, just like it had come out of a very cold fridge. I bought some crackers for £1.50 to make up enough for the postage and was surprised to read that they were produced in Nantes! Was very happy about that. The only criticism I would give was that the box was absolutely HUGE and contained a lot of polystyrene beads for padding. For four small items this was overkill and led to us unable to recycle the beads. I think next time a smaller box and an alternative to polystyrene is needed... air-filled bags would have been better and much less impacting on the environment.”

“Was able to purchase all the lovely kitchen cupboard staples that we have missed bringing back from our French holidays. It is a little bit expensive (especially the postage) but worth it. Arrived on time too. It might be a good idea to order with a second party to share the postage cost. Did not have to return any items - will order again.”

“I haven't been to France in 2 years and it is a huge pleasure to be able to get my French favourites from French Click. They have a wide variety of products and it is always a joy to receive my order. The only problem is that they sometimes don't have what I want in stock. But they are very efficient at refunding the difference.”

“I ordered on French Click for a scheduled delivery 3 weeks ahead from the time of placing the order. After few days I received the full refund of my order. I presumed that my order has been cancelled due to stock shortages, however I never received any email from them to let me know if and why they refunded my order. After a few weeks I received an email where I was informed from Parcel Force that a delivery is scheduled for me the very next day. The next day French Click took the money from my account without informing me and without my permission, however this wasn’t the same amount that I originally ordered before. As I received a full refund a few weeks prior (shortly after placing my order) I was not expecting this order to be fulfilled. What would have happened if I didn’t have this money in my account and I got a bank charge added on? I’m very disappointed about this experience as I ordered a big amount of products and that I didn’t receive any updates of changes or progress to my order. Due to a refund shortly after placing an order I presumed it was cancelled. Absolutely terrible communication from them!”

Very sorry about this. This has happened because we don't charge your card until we ship the order out, a temporary hold is placed which will expire after a few days. We do this in case there are missing items as we can reduce the amount to what you actually receive. There were quite a few missing items in this case so the amount charged was much lower than the original amount. It looks like the order was placed for January the 7th so we shipped it on the 6th as planned.

“I had a good experience with French click. Very happy to have found nice french products. Very good delivery service, fresh products were wrapped safely with ice bags . Some boxes of biscuits ( pain grille, craquotte ) were a bit damaged but didn’t affect the products . Will order again . Thank you French click !”
