“After being very excited about finding my favourite products online and taking my time choosing a good selection, imagine my disappointment when 4 did not turn up ! I only found out when opening the box ! The accompanying document just read "0" in front of the missing items. Very disappointing ! At least I was not charged for them.”

“mostly good, only disappointment is that the item I was after the most (basically the one I decided to place an order for at the very first place) turned out not to be available after I placed my order (the rest of my order was fine). so now I'll have to place another order to get this item.”
