“Made First order the other week. Ordering online was easy and efficient. The products were very good, and the order arrived on time. A couple of items were damaged in transit and one item was not of the right quality, but after contacting them they quickly arranged for a refund for the said items and their customer service was excellent. Will certainly use it again to obtain products you can only normally get in France itself.”

“Good selection of products but the site needs to delete from its range those items which are no longer available. Having tried to order a particular item three times, on each occasion the order was accepted, but when it arrived, the item was said to be unavailable. By way of compensation, we were sent a replacement jar of a condiment that was not wanted.”

“Very satisfied with the service and the products. They were delivered to my hotel in London, during my vacation there. As a Norwegian, I would like to point out one little thing in your order form: -The country of "Norway" is missing from the selected countries. I stated Sweden in the order form since this is the closest country to Norway.”

Very sorry to hear this. The loose fill, boxes and bubble bags are recycleable and the loose fill will also degrade in the natural enviroment. The sorba freeze can be re-used. We are trying to reduce our packaging as much as possible to help the enviroment and prevent wasting materials.
