“Bought 5 tubs of Rillettes - delivered 17/12/23 expiry date 28/12/23 - 11 days before gone off. Had to throw 3 away. Customer services asked for photos and after providing them they said they wouldn't do anything and 11 days is acceptable.”

Very sorry to hear this. The Bordeau Chesnel rillettes are a fresh product range and the usual use by date would be 7 to 21 days from the delivery day. We will update the product information page with this so it's clearer. If you let us know on the deliver day you expected them to be longer we might be able to do something. It is more difficult when you contact us 1 month later.

“I couldn t go back to my native Nantes for Christmas so what a joy tondiscover that I could order my favourite Christmas French foods from French click. I was very impressed by their selection of foods in general but also for Christmas. So many regional foods too! I ordered Les Petits Beurre Nantais de LU, Les Rillettes du Mans ( impossibles à trouver ici), le boudin blanc de Noël, confit d'oignon, chocolats de Noël ( les Pyréneens, les Escargots de Bourgogne en chocolat etc ...), la crème de marrons etc... Quel bonheur! Les produits étaient parfaitement emballés y compris les produits réfrigérés et la livraison dans les délais attendus. C'était ma premiere commande et j'ai été ravie. A refaire. Merci à toute l'équipe de FrenchClick et très bonne année à vous tous!”

“I very recently found out that company that company that deliver french food. Am so happy. The order came at the slot time selected and the man who delivered was very kind. Now I know where I can get my merguez and chipolatas on summer that I missed for years on top of everything else. I strongly recommend!!!”

“First order on French Click. Was informed that the order would be delivered before 12:30 so had arranged to be at home specifically to receive the order. By 12:30 nothing arrived so I phoned customer service and was informed that I was last on the list for deliveries and that my order would arrive in the afternoon. It arrived after 5:00 as the driver hit problems because of road works. The whole experience was frustrating. You should call customers if deliveries are delayed.”

“I was able to get the specific products I could only get in France. The service was prompt and minimum packaging was used (good for the planet) though the glass bottle was safely wrapped. I will recommend French Click to my friends and will use their service again in the future. Merci.”

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we are charged a surplus by all 3 of the delivery companies we use for some postcodes in the highlands and islands area and we pass it on. If you are signed up for emails, we do discounts from time to time which may help reduce the total cost.
