“My items arrived in great condition, was sealed very well in the box (as it was liquids)…. The only issue I would say was that I specifically Paid for it to be delivered by DPD but it was delivered by DHL Other than that, everything is great 🙌 Thank you French Click, what you guys do is amazing”

“I have place on order on 10/01/24 that was meant to be delivered on 12/01/24. As of now I still haven’t reveived my order, Ive also emailed the customer service twice and still didn’t get any reply.. My experience is quite disppointing so far and I hope this will get resolved soon enough!”

“This is my second purchase through French Click and this experience was as good as my first. Order was filled and shipped promptly and most important... it was packaged well for the long trip to the U.S. Order arrived in perfect condition and actually two days ahead of the estimated time. “Bought 5 tubs of Rillettes - delivered 17/12/23 expiry date 28/12/23 - 11 days before gone off. Had to throw 3 away. Customer services asked for photos and after providing them they said they wouldn't do anything and 11 days is acceptable.”

Very sorry to hear this. The Bordeau Chesnel rillettes are a fresh product range and the usual use by date would be 7 to 21 days from the delivery day. We will update the product information page with this so it's clearer. If you let us know on the deliver day you expected them to be longer we might be able to do something. It is more difficult when you contact us 1 month later.
