“I was very pleased with the whole process but was let down at the end when one of the items on my list was out of stock, I presume….. I wish they had informed me as I would have chosen something else….”

Very sorry for this delivery delay. We are very busy and unfortunately due to your location it can be quite hard to get orders in the morning slot. We are working very hard to try and make sure all deliveries are on time.

“I placed an order of 15 products on the 8th December 2023 for delivery on the 20th December 2023 ( today). I have only received 3 items and when I try to call there is no answer. the items are for Christmas so it has left me quite anxious with very little time to organise a new shopping trip.”

“Poor customer service. Called the number provided many times but no answer. Never received my delivery as we waited during the delivery time slot and nobody rang the bell so it’s just right to file for a refund.”

Very sorry about this, please email customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we'll investigate this asap. It looks like the delivery is from November and usually it should have done.

“First time I've used French Click and I will definitely use them again. I'd placed an order then continued browsing their site. I found other items I wanted so, placed a second order. Next day I received a call from them saying they'd place my order in one package, if I were happy with that, thus saving me two delivery charges. Yes, please! I have not come across another company who would do that, and I've ordered in the above mentioned way, plenty of times and have never been offered the refund of the extra delivery charge. The products were great too, which means I'll be back, as they say.”

“the order came 2 hours early, when i ordered a 12.00 slot to make sure i was here. 1/3 of the order was unavailable, and 1 item only had 3 days shelf life. overall not impressed. have been using another company since”

Very sorry about this, this time of year it is very busy which unfortunately can lead to modifications to the routes and occasional missing items. We are working very hard so all deliveries are on time in the correct slot and with all products. If you're ordering again, please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can offer free delivery.

“Good range of products many of which are difficult to source outside of large cities. Delivery on time and well chilled. Only grumble is the website which can be difficult to navigate. Great service keep it up.”

“I received my order from French Click, with only seven days before the the use by date on 6 out of 7 soft cheeses. The other had 4 weeks. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails and messages. Shockingly bad service.”

“I live in France and have family in the UK. Every Christmas I send them food parcels using French Click, and they're always delighted. And so am I, as all I have to do is choose what to put in the parcels and pay, and French Click does all the hard work! There's a great selection of items, the shopping basket is easy to use and there's a choice of delivery options. Merci et bravo French Click!”
