“Only one item missing but refunded before delivery. Overall very good experience. Shame the distance (delivery cost) makes it a treat/luxury.”

“The problem is the packaging. Please could you use more recyclable packaging. I would buy more frequently if you did.”

Thank you so much for your feedback on French Click. The flo pak green loose fill and bubble bags are recyclable at super market points and it does degrade in the natural environment. Additionally we do have paper loose fill available, if you want it please specify in the notes box when ordering, it's not being used on all orders yet.

“My order earned it's 5 stars after correcting a big error. Only half the order came but the next day the rest of the order arrived. On item was missing but I'll excuse them for that. I have been getting orders from French Click for some time and have always been impressed with their service.”

“Overall pleased with products. Only downfall is sometimes the expiry date is short which means some get thrown away. For the price, it's disheartening. But overall pleased as get good french stuff from them and fast delivery too, they are very kind. 😊....merci”

The flo pak green loose fill is degradable in the natural environment and it can be recycled at Supermarket recycling points.

“I’ve been buying products on French click for a number of years now and I’ve always been very happy with the service and products lately but the delivery service lack a bit as I had to wait all day for my last delivery that was due to arrive by 12.30pm on a Saturday and didn’t arrive till past 7pm. Didn’t even receive an email or text message to let me know that my delivery would be very late that day. I hope French click will sort this out as it is very frustrating to keep waiting not knowing if it will arrive!”

Very sorry about this delivery delay. The driver had some major traffic problems on this route due to a tunnel being closed. We are working very hard to get the London deliveries in the slots as they should be.
