“I have been using FrenchClick for several years and have always been very happy with their service and the quality of raclette cheese. Being swiss my standards are very high and I like a cheese that has a mature flavour and they have great options to choose from, would highly recommend!”

“The produce and service is fine. What’s wrong is that you often can’t fill the order because of items out of stock, so one receives some ingredients for a particular dish, but not others. It would be better if you indicated when ordering if an item is out of stock: the customer can then consider an alternative.”

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear you missed items for a dish. Unfortunately there can be last minute issues with stock for some items due to the number of different products we do and the nature of the supply chain. What you can do is put in the notes box you absolutely want substitutes or for us to wait until we have everything in the order before we ship it.

“It’s great to be able to order French food favourites in the UK. Cheaper options for delivery would be good especially when you are not in a hurry and it’s food that doesn’t need to be refrigerated”

“Great to be able to get the products but came wrapped excessively with a box full of polystyrene peanuts, bubble wrap and lots of tape. Bottles dented anyway, not that it matters. Would put me off ordering again.”

Sorry to hear this, it sounds like your order was over packed and we'll investigate this with the warehouse. Please note that the flo pak green loose fill is degradable in the natural environment and it can be recycled at supermarket points.

“Good selection of products. However, the database is not updated with stocks. The two tins of duck confit I ordered because they were seen as available on the day (and in fact several days later) were not available. Had I known that I would probably not have ordered anything. A Similar thing happened with a previous order. This is just not professional.”
