“Food was not delivered although the tracking on the day after I requested it to be delivered (for a diner party) said courier had delivered and I had rejected it. Requested refund which should have taken 3 days, but I didn’t appear to have received any refund. Would not rely on food delivery by courier again.”

“Order processingwas great but some items had a short use by date and other items were not availabe. However, I do not think a refund has been proocessed as I have received no crresondance from French Click about this.”

“This company is a joke been buying from them for over a year and always the same problems, if is not out of stock products they still send you half of what you ordered. They change delivery date and time to they liking and don’t even bother to let you know over the phone they send you emails. Really not professional and never never answered the phone so don’t waist your time calling them. And when the delivery is made is always late never on schedule!!!! Really bad everything is no worth !!!!”
