“I was pleased to find so many of my French favourites on the website where there is a great selection. My order came on the day it was supposed to, although it was delivered several hours earlier than the email stated. Everything was well packed, but I wasn't sure if the gel cooling packs should have still been frozen, but the fresh items still felt pretty cold. My only slight gripe is that the courier just left the box on the doorstep and didn't ring the bell. We were both in and by sheer luck I thought I heard a van beepig as it reversed so went to investigate, otherwise the box would have on the doorstep for a few hours. Overall excellent service from French Click and I'll certainly be using them again.”

“Ordered products about 3 weeks ago. They were not delivered on the indicated date, even though the status I received showed “delivered”… I received a call by the driver who said he would deliver the following Tuesday.. nothing arrived… It’s been now 3 weeks… they do not respond to my emails, I feel like I’ve been stolen in plain sight..”

“FrenchClick have a great variety of products at reasonable prices. They are my go-to place for my favourite coffee. I typically end up buying a whole load of other items which catch my eye too :-) I'm sure I'll be back once I've depleted my stock of coffee!”

“Recently I placed an order which, when delivered was damaged due to the freezer gel pack breaking and damaging the butter. Trying to reach someone on the phone proved impossible and following an email I sent later, I was told the phones were down hence, not being able to get through to anybody. A replacement order was sent out promptly which I received today via ParcelForce. The driver was friendly and polite and didn't simply rush off after delivering his order. The service I received from FrenchClick, once I managed to reach someone, was excellent. An apology was given with an explanation why I couldn't get through before so everything finished well. Well almost. I gave 4 stars only because the pack I received today also had a broken freezer gel pack inside which had spilled onto the butter wrapping and as the gel pack had melted the butter was a little soft. The gel hadn't got inside onto the butter so I simply washed it off and put the butter into the fridge. I don't think this damage was the fault of ParcelForce as the main box was in perfect condition. I so wanted to give 5 stars because of the friendly service so I'm hoping this issue with the gel pack was just another unfortunate incident. I have reported the issue of the broken gel pack and offered a suggestion to FrenchClick through their "Contact us" so perhaps they will look at their picking and packing procedures or the quality of their gel pack. Otherwise I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and am happy to give the 4 stars though I would have l liked to give the 5. I have ordered stuff before and will definitely order again as I'm not being put off by the broken gel pack. My wife is French so it's a little reminder of home when she gets her biscottes and such and it is really nice to feel we are connecting with a little bit of France even if it is just an online order. The cost of everything is not unreasonable considering it's all original stuff but it would be nicer if there wasn't the extra delivery charge... but that's life.”
