“The website has a good selection of products at reasonable prices and the delivery was reasonably quick. The cheese I ordered was replaced by a different variety without any explanation - I was quite happy with the order otherwise but not sure if I will use this supplier again.”

“The lemon cordial is fine as I knew it would be but the 4 containers were all badly damaged and dented on arrival that it is surprising that they didn't split!! They had obviously banged together in the box due to the parcel being thrown around I assume. Each container needs double layer of bubble wrap and not just one.”

“Ordered a few times before, never came across such mess. My parcel is gone with DHL instead of Parcel Force which was the courier I paid for. Due to be delivered today, the parcel might be in tomorrow with most of it to go straight in the bin after more than 48 cold chain broken. Trying to get to speak to someone over the phone, I have been waiting for over an hour !!!”
