“Extremely courteous and helpful service. There was going to be a problem with the delivery. They were able to reroute it to a concierge service even if they didn't habitually use that service. Then, when there was a delay in the delivery again, they allowed me to cancel the order for a full refund. I will certainly try to make the purchase again, when cooler weather makes delivery of fresh goods less of a logistical nightmare.”

“Very pleased with my order from French Click. Haven't been able to get to France to buy my favourites recently and was so pleased to find them. There was a (small) error on my order but I sent an e-mail and it was all sorted within 24 hrs and they were so understanding. Delivery was efficient and despite the heat. My cold item was still well insulated. Will definitely order again.”

“Found the French Click website quite randomly when searching for cordials. They have a good variety and their customer service was excellent - polite, timely and they made adjustments to their delivery schedule to deliver my order earlier because I live close to their warehouse. They communicated throughout which is what customer service everywhere should be like! Will definitely be ordering from them again.”
