“Normally goods arrive within a week. However this time we ordered on 24 Oct and as we did not receive it in the normal time we chased it up. To be fair customer services acted very quickly,and eventually we have received it today 11th Nov . We love the quality of the goods, and as this is the first time in several years of ordering that we have had a problem, it will not stop us from continuing with them”

“I ordered 12 odd bottles of mineral water and because they apparently were over weight ( not my fault ) I was e mailed to ask if I would pay more I replied saying yes of course But please let me know how you want me to pay because there’s no facility on your website to do that when you order the goods you click on the goods and it put them in the basket and for six odd pounds that they’re asking for for this extra top up, I’ve no way of paying it. I’ve emailed them three times Benedict Emailed me to notify me that this requirement of payment was needed and I emailed back three times and said please tell me how I’m supposed to I still haven’t had the water they took an order from me for £148 and if I don’t get something back in the next two days I shall make a formal complaint. Ask my money back and never order from them again. Absolutely ridiculous.”

“Good french products. Delivery was quick. Only downside was the ton of polystyrene non compostable or dissolvable to secure the goods in the box. If it was more eco-friendly I will give it a five star.”

Thanks for the feedback and 4 star rating. We're very happy the delivery was quick. For orders with heavy damageable items we do use flo pak green loosfill. Please do note that it is degradable and it can be recycled at supermarket recycling points. “My hopes of finding my favourite product in the UK were completely dashed when they sent me a box of 6 bottles of a different brand than I had ordered and I only realised it when I unpacked them. Efficient and friendly customer service but still a very disappointing experience. I will not use them again. Bad mistake. Don't advertise a product on your website if it is out of stock and even worse, don't just send out second best. Just not good enough.”

Very sorry about this, you should have been informed before the change of brand from Cristal Liminana to Pacific was done and the order was shipped. It seems there is a problem with the stock of the item you wanted at the moment and we're investigating with the supplier when more is coming in to stock.
