“All my chilled products had to be thrown away because of the appalling packaging. Products in boxes entirely bashed and short of one item. I haven't had a reply to my last email. Been a customer for many years and I have seen a big decline in the service. Will not be ordering anymore. I will now use Epicerie Corner.”

“I was delighted with my order of Benedicta bearnaise sauce. I have been unable to source this in the uk, but French Click now deliver nationwide. It was a very quick and easy process, with both telephone and online assistance. Very happy customer”

“Not happy they substituted to food i can’t eat then refused to refund. They said they would refund the shipping due to the delivery being late, but i havent received this either. And they havent answered my last email. Not good for a first order.”
