“Once we managed to get a delivery slot the order came on time, Undamaged (not surprising considering the amount of polystyrene used!). We were able to get our favourite French food stuffs that we had been unable to obtain due to travel restrictions.”

“This is a wonderful place to buy all the things you miss if you can’t get over to France. My only complaint is that I was sent a refund notification for items not in stock but was not told what these items were. The order was made several weeks in advance to delivery so I didn’t know what to look for elsewhere. Otherwise, great service. Will buy again”

“The produce I purchased took a little to long to get here. I have since tried to re-purchase to be told no deliveries other than the London area. I did put in my daughters address (Watford) to find very high delivery charges through both the Royal Mail and DHL. Other companies are posting out to places other than London, keep that up French Click and you’ll be out of business.”

Sorry to hear this. Delivery outside of London starts from £5.99 . We are at full capacity in our warehouse for shipping orders out. Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to scale up short term to deal with the extra demand caused by a combination of Covid and Christmas.

“Very good service. One item was missing from my last order, so I rang your office and the lady who answered was extremely friendly and helpful. She offered me a refund straight away with no hassle. I have ordered twice so far and each time the products have been good quality with decent "use by dates", which is great. The one time a date was short, I was automatically given a 10% discount. Thank you very much, I am impressed and pleased with your service.”

“Excellent packaging with impeccable delivery. I initially thought the delivery charges were too high, but having experienced the careful way everything was packed, I fully understand why. I only wish I could have ordered more than one bottle of Riqcles. My youngest son is 40 next month and when we lived near Paris in the 80’s, his favourite things were the mint drink and Carambars. I’ve never been able to purchase it here in UK until I found French Click, so, thank you for that. I’d love to order more, but the postage costs are a bit off putting.”

“I bought some cheese, it arrived on time well wrapped, nothing more to say until Xmas when I use it! These requests to review and post about what would be expected as a normal service quality are not appreciated, stick to the ones for amazing or terrible service which are often self initiated.”

“I ordered a Bresse De Poulet which I was very excited about trying. It arrived semi frozen so I gave it 24 hours and then cooked it. I usually buy organic chicken here so I was hoping with all the reviews I have read about this bird that it would be far superior. It tasted slightly different, better? Yes mind blowing? No. I was disappointed. I can only think that the freezing process took something away from it.”

“Everything was delivered and within good sell by date, however, the beetroot box had split and leaked. Icepacks also split so gel leaking also. would use again as good overall.”
