“the rillettes was probably not store in good condition or stay out too long and give an allergy. The other product was very nice.”

“Excellent choice of products it's very difficult to find in the UK (and may get even more difficult to find after 31/12/20...) Limited choice of delivery slots, but once booked, order arrived on time, well-packed. Will use again.”

“Large catalogue of products not easily obtainable in the UK. Products entirely satisfactory but items ordered sometimes prove to be out of stock. Delivery time a bit long but delivery came on date and in time slot promised. Friendly delivery drivers.”

“Excellent service. Thank you to everyone. I placed a large order and all was delivered as expected. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that one product (Paint Grillé Pelletier) was literally crushed to crumbs. A storage/transport issue. Thank you again, good to be able to enjoy French Products in the UK.”

“Ordered pickles in glass jars that were solidly packed and arrived safe and fresh sausage that arrived packed in plenty of ice packs and was still chilled when it arrived in the UK Midlands. Will use again soon and will probably be a regular customer.”

“The products were hand delivered which was a bit odd, by a guy who was smoking which was a bit off putting given it was food products (and I am a smoker myself). Quite expensive but a lot of stuff you can't get outside of France!”

“Despite effort to pack securely we lost two yogurts, which were slashed open. One item was wrong. The individual foam pieces were very environmentally unfriendly.”
