“The food arrived in good condition so happy with that. Just not happy with the delivery service since they delivered it to the wrong address and i had to retrieve it, while on the bill i did put the correct address.”

“I ordered a Bresse De Poulet which I was very excited about trying. It arrived semi frozen so I gave it 24 hours and then cooked it. I usually buy organic chicken here so I was hoping with all the reviews I have read about this bird that it would be far superior. It tasted slightly different, better? Yes mind blowing? No. I was disappointed. I can only think that the freezing process took something away from it.”

“Everything was delivered and within good sell by date, however, the beetroot box had split and leaked. Icepacks also split so gel leaking also. would use again as good overall.”

“First time using website. Very impressed with selection available. Saves the cost of nipping over to Calais to stock up with the "French Goodies" we enjoyed when we had a holiday home in France for 10 years. One minor point, it would have been helpful if there had been a mention that the supply of some items were limited because of "brexit demands!"”

“When having ordered 7 Moutarde de Dijon & only 5 appeared i was wondering what happened to the other 2. No mention was made as to a refund for the 2 missing ones, or that they were going to be sent at a later date ( say when they were back in stock ) So still waiting. The rest of the order arrived just fine, so no complaints there. Take care & let me know what happens next. Thanks”

“Arrived on time an well packaged however with only 2 weeks use by date I was disappointed, I bought it to save for Christmas but unfortunately it won't last till then. I don't remember seeing the use by dates on the product, maybe I missed that information but if its not there then I'd recommend you add it. My product has become an expensive toast topper because I'm unable to use it for the Christmas celebrations that I'd hoped for”
