“Good product range, quick refund for unavailable items and smooth delivery. I would have liked a quicker delivery, earliest slot was a 2 week wait. Otherwise a happy customer”

“I ordered dishwasher tablets I'd been used to buying in France (quite the best I've ever had) and despaired of replenishing stocks until I found French Click. It took a while to be delivered (I ordered 4 boxes) but I was kept informed and asked if it was OK to wait for the whole order. They arrived in any case in the nick of time and my dishes and cutlery are now twinkling again. I shall be using French Click again, no doubt.”

“Some of the items received were broken, we had to make a claim to be reimbursed of the amount. Everything is sorted out now but at the end I do not have the product I wanted.”

“Good. Has products I can't find in UK supermarkets. All good. The date on one of the product was really short but we wanted to use it anyway so no issue. Hence the 4 stars rather than top 5.”

“Yes received items many thanks but feel your delivery was far from satisfactory, seeing your location is London 3 weeks is really along time to deliver an item from stock. I would however re order as they are a very tasteful sauce, having originally purchased in France.”

“very good, I would use this firm again. Helpful and efficient. The only reason it wasnt 5 stars was it took quite a long time to receive the order from them. They were however really helpful and delayed my order for me when I was going to miss original deadline due to holidays.”

“After reading about the most expensive chicken in the world and seeing them on Micky Fanagans detour de France I decided to order a Poulet de Bresse from a French Clic. The ordered was delayed a couple of days, but French Clic was great at letting me know. I cooked the beast simply roasted for 65 minutes at gas Mk 4 (180C). Note that the chicken comes with instructions, French thermostat numbers are not the same as U.K. gas. MK! (Th 6 = gas Mk 4) The resulting roast was well flavoured rich and very juicy- the texture of the meat was completely different from supermarket chicken No sign of the wooliness you can get from cheap chicken. The legs and thighs are quite strongly flavoured, quite gamy. Without doubt the best chicken I’ve ever had. Worth the price? As a very occasional treat I would say so.”

“I ordered Bouillon cubes on 19th august. They were finally delivered on the 15th of September. No apology, no reason given. How you manage to stay in business is a mystery.”

Sorry to hear this, from the DPD tracking it looks like this was delivered on 10th of September as planned. This delivery slot was chosen when you checked out the order. Unfortunately we have a backlog which has been caused by the current crisis so all slots in your area are 2 weeks or so ahead.

“Everything was very well packaged and protected for transportation. All items were exactly as described. Parcel arrived as planned and was easy to track with Parcel force. 4 things were unavailable which was slightly disappointing. Hence the 4 not 5 stars.However, I would still use them again.”

“ok, but some of the boxes of biscuits , at the bottom of the box were a bit squashed, and battered. chilled things fine, cheese etc. only a couple of things out of stock.not as good as superu but these days we have to be happy loll”

“I have been living in England for 30 years but only found French Click during the pandemic. All of a sudden, all my favourite french foods were available to me without having to go and stock up every year!! Fantastic range of things, they delivered exactly on the right day and in full. Very very pleased with having discovered them and will order many more times!”
