“I was able to find Calissons, which I had been trying to get for ages. They arrived very well packed (maybe a little too much packing!) and amazingly quickly. I am very pleased.”

“Well I was really disappointed about my delivery been delayed because of no driver, but the most frustrating part I didn’t get no update when choosing an other delivery had to call the number to ask were was my shopping.”

“I haven’t received it because I think they sent it to some other address from a past order and not the one I put on for this order? The delivery company told me to contact French click for redelivery but I can’t see how to do this on their website”

“Frenchclick offer a great choice of Fench products that we (French people) all know. It's a little bit of France here in the UK. I started buying there for French biscuits for the children, and I am a regular buyer of boudin noir and blanc, salsifis and particularly Savora! Plus, of course all sorts of other products. The service is excellent, just give them a call to divert or rearrange a delivery, modify an order, they are always happy to please. I have been in the UK for 27 years and it looks like my first order to Frenchclicks dates back to November 2011. Keep up the good work!”

“I think customer service is very good, the products are great and delivered on time. Price is a bit too expensive though, great to have the discount , the items are often damaged by delivery guys , and sometimes the packing is not at the top, although better now, or I receive something I did not order but customer service always reimburse promptly if I send photos, hence my reordering, often. Thank you French click”
