“The mayonnaise was a part of a birthday gift for my sister. She is huge fan of mayonnaisse but loves this real French mayonnaise above all compared to what is sold in our supermarkets here in the UK.”

“Lovely assortment to choose from, genuine like shopping in a French supermarket, all the favourites! Swift delivery, ice packed so arrived fresh and cold. The only problem is some of the cardboard packaging turned to mush due to water damage from ice packs. Thanks for a great service though!”

“Very pleased with the whole process of ordering and paying for items on website. Everything is clear and straightforward with excellent photos and description of items. “Great company, great product choice and fast delivery. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the horrible foam packaging used in the box to secure the items - please change it to something more environmentally friendly. Thanks”

“My last two orders were delayed 3.5 hours and 2 hours last time. There's no way to contact the driver (or anyone else) to get an update, so both times I was literally stuck at home, waiting. Also some items were missing and it would be nice to have a warning about it when orderning. I order on frenchclick mostly to get Francine flour (and the rest is "extra") so when that specific item is missing, it's really disapointing and my order doesn't really make sense anymore.”

Very sorry about this, unfortunately in your area it can be quite difficult to deliver in the morning consistently due to the distance from our depot. You should be able to contact customer service on email customerservice@frenchclick.com and on the phone 02070976613 on delivery day and they'll be able to estimate a delivery time. We are also very sorry about this missing flour, if you want to order just that we can arrange to deliver it when we're in the area without any delivery charge. Please contact customer service and we'll sort that.

“Cela fait 3 fois que je commande, les deux premières commandes ont eu des problèmes de produits (manquant ou erreur). La dernière commande devait arriver aujourd’hui, mais n’a seulement était envoyée qu’aujourd’hui. Aucun email pour prévenir. J’espère qu’au moins la commande est correcte cette fois ci. Sinon les produits sont bons 🥰.”

“A bit expensive, the black olives are dry, not in water nor vinegar as usual, got less yop than what I ve paid for. One article reimbursed as I guess it was not in stock. Packaging always good though.”
