“Order arrived safe & sound & undamaged. Contents excellent as always, although the sell by date on one of the Sauces was a little closer than I had hoped for but can't be helped I suppose. Gave us a taste of our French holidays over Christmas which was enjoyed by the whole family.”

“To Cardiff my brother moved this year, A welcoming card I thought he'd cheer, But French Click's duck confit I sent, Instead of card, money well spent. Among his boxes, crates, and post, French Click's parcel he relished most, For welcome cards although are sweet, They don't compare with duck confit. A heart meal to fill his belly, French cuisine while watching telly. Greetings cards get binned at haste, But French Click's fayre's delicious taste! So next time you send a welcome gift, And really want to give a lift. Pop online and take your pick, Of great cuisine from quick French Click.”

“Parcel arrived in time . No oysters on the delivery only been notified by PayPal the day before . No communication from French Click . I understand that you may have some problem with your supplier but an email as soon as you no would have been nice. Regards”

Thank you for your 4 star rating of French Click. I apologise for any difficulties experienced with the order being incomplete and the lack of communication from us. Unfortunately due to the very busy time of year very occasionally an item can be missing due to a computer or other error. Very sorry for that.

Very sorry for this delivery delay. We are very busy and unfortunately due to your location it can be quite hard to get orders in the morning slot. We are working very hard to try and make sure all deliveries are on time.

“I placed an order of 15 products on the 8th December 2023 for delivery on the 20th December 2023 ( today). I have only received 3 items and when I try to call there is no answer. the items are for Christmas so it has left me quite anxious with very little time to organise a new shopping trip.”

Very sorry about this, please email customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we'll investigate this asap. It looks like the delivery is from November and usually it should have done.

“First time I've used French Click and I will definitely use them again. I'd placed an order then continued browsing their site. I found other items I wanted so, placed a second order. Next day I received a call from them saying they'd place my order in one package, if I were happy with that, thus saving me two delivery charges. Yes, please! I have not come across another company who would do that, and I've ordered in the above mentioned way, plenty of times and have never been offered the refund of the extra delivery charge. The products were great too, which means I'll be back, as they say.”

“the order came 2 hours early, when i ordered a 12.00 slot to make sure i was here. 1/3 of the order was unavailable, and 1 item only had 3 days shelf life. overall not impressed. have been using another company since”

Very sorry about this, this time of year it is very busy which unfortunately can lead to modifications to the routes and occasional missing items.
