Very sorry to hear this, we are trying to use only recycled, recyclable and degradable packaging. We also need to investigate how your order was packed as it should have been easily possible to fit in in a small box. The cardboard boxes we use are made from recycled cardboard, and can also be recycled again, as can the bubble bags. The loose fill we’re using is flo-pak green which is degradable and can also be recycled in some areas. We are also trying to source products that use less packaging for our range. “The actual products were fine, but I was annoyed that I paid £4 delivery and took the day off work for the person to not even turn up and to instead drop it at a local post office which I then still couldn’t collect because I didn’t have the card to say it was my parcel. Was disappointing especially when you’ve taken the day off work.”
