“Easy to order- Love the variety of all french products from food to drinks and Beauty. My only criticism is that they haven't sent a text to advise that delivery was near my home as I have requested so - It would have saved time for the driver if they did text me as I would have come down to open the door and take the goods from him. Driver who delivered was polite and friendly.”

“The product (a selection of raclette cheeses)were excellent. I was impressed with the packaging- there was an ice pack wrapped around the cheeses I would order from this company again, the only negative point was the delivery by DPD who were completely unreliable.”

“My recent order was received on time and all items were properly packed and as ordered. One small point, they were sent in a huge box of which half of was filler- perhaps a smaller box could have been used to save on packaging? Also as I ordered over £50 worth of items, a discount was due, however the box to fill in the code never seems to appear on the final order page. Would it be possible to make it easier to find? However I do”

“French Click offers online in the UK all the classics you would normally find in a French supermarket : Choco BN, sirop Teisseire, moutarde Amora, Cassoulet William Saurin, petits pois extra fins Cassegrain, etc. Which is all very reassuring and comforting for expats - and their kids. Understandably, you can't find everything, and, ouch, there's obviously a price for importation. But all in all, it's a good service and there's a lot to choose from. My first order included some Morteau, Montbéliard sausages and sauerkraut jars for an Alsacian choucroute (try to find that stuff here in the Midlands...), and they were delivered on time, perfectly packaged in ice blocks and bubble wrap. So maybe not for everyday's groceries, because it's not cheap, but definitely for the occasional treat. Too bad the baguette delivery only works in London - I could do with a tartine au beurre salé avec un petit bout de Saint Nectaire. Yum.”
