“Delivery arrived wrong time of day, morning rather than afternoon, delivery man seemed unfazed and unapologetic; he was lucky I was in at all. One of the tub of rillettes was fresh, which meant it needed to be in fridge at once. This wasn't made clear on the website. One of the items I really wanted (to go with another) was absent (presumably not available) but there was no indication on web site and I wouldn't have ordered another item if I'd known the sauce Nantua wasn't going to be with them. Would be helpful to have better stock indication and a tighter attitude to appointments.”
