“A was so delighted to discover Eau Ecarlate is still available. I placed an order several years ago and just hoped it would still be available as it is a brilliant product to remove stains on dryclean only garments. French Click has come up trumps again. Fantastic service, the best possible packaging and altogether a very satisfied customer”

“Great site, good service. However was disappointed by the packaging, in particular the boxes was too big and excessive amounts of expanded polystyrene was used. Especially bad as the items were teabags. Please use appropriate and environmental packaging.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback, we can see the packaging on your order was excessive. A smaller box size could have been used to reduce it. Please be assured the loosefill we use is degradable and can be recycled in some areas. More information can be found about it here: https://www.flopak-green.de/ Best regards, Matt French Click
