“i guess i should not have ordered potato chips. they were crammed inside a box, one bag was opened and chips everywhere. the delivery is fast but very, very expensive.”

“Everything was as if bought in a supermarket in France, so I was vey pleased with that. Prices are slightly high on some items. The major problem is using ParcelForce for delivery. There is too much variation in quality. My box was just left and I had no idea it had been delivered as the driver did not ring the door bell. This isn't OK with food that needs refrigeration as soon as it arrives. However, everything was still in good condition even if the cooling gels were completely defrosted. I like the range and choices that you have and I hope that you can continue this option. Thank you.”

“Disappointing! Damage to 3 of the for bottles of Siriops I ordered. Also considering the times we live Very unenvironmentally friendly packaging. I know it needs packaging to protect parcels but it needs to have less impact on our planet.”

Hi Very sorry to hear this, we are trying to use only recycled, recyclable and degradable packaging. The cardboard boxes we use are made from recycled cardboard, and can also be recycled again, as can the bubble bags. The loose fill we’re using is flo-pak green which is degradable and can also be recycled in some areas. We are also trying to source products that use less packaging for our range. “Great site where we can get all the things we love from France which aren't usually available in the UK. Stuff that's common in French supermarkets, but you never see over here. Website is easy to navigate and delivery was prompt”

“I had an issue with delivery so had to contact French Click who told me that the delivery company would advise me of an hour time slot for delivery. I did wonder if this would happen. I was concerned because the weather was very hot so timeous delivery of cheese was vital. Needless to say I did not get notification of an hour delivery slot, in fact the delivery never happened. It did arrive the next day but what a waste of a day. If delivery had gone as planned I would have given 5*.”
