“We bought our daughter's favourite French snacks for her birthday and to compensate for not being able to visit France yet. Amazing how much joy can be found in a Bugles crisp packet! Thank you for a great service. It's a shame the delivery costs are so high but it did guarantee arrival on the selected day, which was essential for a birthday present. Thank you.”

“Great produce. I love Amora! BTW are the ‘styrene ‘noodles’ in your packaging the compostable ones? If not, please make sure they are for my next delivery - and put a note in to say how they should be recycled!”

Yes we use flo pak green which will degrade in the natural environment and can be recycled in some areas. You'd need to check if it can be in yours. More info can be found here: https://www.flopak-green.de/

“I love the range & the fact I can get products not generally available in the UK but was really frustrated this for this order. The main purpose of the order was for a deodorant for my partner but to make the postage feel worthwhile we added a few other treats. On the morning my order was to arrive I was issued a part refund for the price of the deodorant, the order then arrived with no deodorant. I feel if the item is not in stock I should've A)been told so I could decide if to continue with the order B) been given the chance to choose another alternative item or cancel the order. I sent an email to your customer services but received no reply.”

“Ordered for the first time. 1 item was charged for and not delivered. I contacted Frenchclick via email and phone and only got automated messages indicating that they were too busy to answer queries. Terrible service and of course no refund for the item either”
