“The product arrived on time well packed but 2 products was missing and I haven’t bern informed neither received a refund. Also 2 yogurt have been damaged.”

“Ordered for the first time. 1 item was charged for and not delivered. I contacted Frenchclick via email and phone and only got automated messages indicating that they were too busy to answer queries. Terrible service and of course no refund for the item either”

“It is so awesome that I can get my childhood favourites from France here in the UK! I just wish the website was updated more often regarding stock on hand because on every order, a couple items aren't delivered (I do get full refund of course!), assumably because they were out of stock. It would also be nice to know when out of stock items will be restocked, if ever. Otherwise really great selection and always satisfied with my orders and delivery!”

“Easy to use and the Ricoré café competatively priced. I just felt a little bit guilty about the packaging used to deliver this to me...a huge box stuffed with polystyrene shapes. I wonder if just some bubble wrap might have done the job.”

“Good selection on website, with exactly the items I wanted. Dispatched when advised at time of order. My biggest concern in ordering for the first time was whether the products would be short dated or out of date. I needn't have worried, dated Aug 2022.”
