“Still not received my order. Order placed on 6/8/21, all items ordered were in stock. No emails to say when or if has been dispatched. Will not buy from French Click again. Very disappointed customer.”

“Now that the horror of a threatened Brexit has become a reality it is even harder for me to get the French products that I love, like Label Rouge chickens and Maille mayonnaise. French Click is a lifeline. Thank you for providing the service and all that you do.”

“Delighted to find this site with so many wonderful French goodies. Ordering was easy and delivery as promised. Slightly disappointed with customer service as I ordered 2 tartiflette, and received 1 that was just out of date and no mention of the other. Sent photo and request for refund/replacement and didn’t receive anything other than another copy of my sale invoice, less the cost of one. Hope this is a reflection of how difficult times still are and will hope for better service next order!”

“My wife loves a certain French salad dressing that contains moutarde and we always buy some when we are in France. Unfortunately , due to travel restrictions we were down to our last bottle, by chance I came across the Frenchclick website and contacted them by phone. The man I spoke to was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the name of the products they had in stock. Immediately ordered four bottles that were no over expensive and they were delivered within the week. Fantastic service all round and would definitely highly recommend , magnifique , Merci .”

“I first tried Citron Vert while on holiday in France some years ago. I stocked up and brought a few bottles home but eventually it ran out and I didn't expect to be able to obtain any in this country but having discovered Frenchclick i find I can, wonderful!!! I am so pleased to have taken delivery of three bottles that will last me a couple of months before I will order again. Thankyou Frenchclick.”

“Great products but let down by packaging - cardboard box was broken, polystyrene beads made a mess and hard to dispose of, and the ice pack had melted all over my butter and cheese.”

“First class service, on time deliveries and no issues in 6 years. I have used French Click since 2015 to obtain top up supplies of otherwise unobtainable specialities between trips to France. The recent combined difficulties of Brexit and travel disruptions have made single shop[ping trips impractical/impossible and French Click has proved invaluable in maintaining supplies of items that if not vital are certainly highly desirable.”

“I would love to be able to write a review, however my order is yet to turn up, nearly a week after it was due to be delivered! When you place an order to be delivered on a certain day, then you stay in all day to receive that order and it doesn’t turn up, it’s very frustrating! I have contacted both Parcel Force and French Click themselves and as yet, my issue goes unresolved! So I’m afraid my review is a bad one.”
