Ordered a large amount, followed the process online with deliveries. All went well until only 1/4 arrived. After asking, i was told that I had selected the wrong shipping. Why this was not raised during the ordering process!!
Reactive, not proactive not customer focused sadly. Unless you raise this, clearly nothing would have been done. Felt flicked off!
