“Lots of French products but it’s a shame that out of stock products are not thoroughly updated on their site. Several key products were missing on my delivery and I had to call them to get a refund on an item that was missing and not taken off my bill.”

Very sorry about this, you should have been contacted about this missing item before delivery as it was quite a big part of the order. This is a mistake by us and we'll be investigating what happened to make sure it doesn't happen again.

“Happy with the service and product - but arrived damaged and of the 8 pots I had ordered, 3 were damaged and there contents had to be thrown away aswell as the mess it made. The box had a large dent in it so assume was damaged during delivery.”

Fuel price increases and other inflation have pushed up the cost of trans Atlantic air freight quite a lot unfortunately.

“I was really impressed with the packaging and also the fact that all the fresh food where not our if date (it happened to me when I tried another website and everything arrived already one to two days after the recommended date...). Only thing, I am missing a conditioner and I have no news if I will have a refund or if it's coming in the next few days ... So good website but can co better!”

“Delivery was nearly four hours late. No communication from French click though I tried to call over six times and also sent a message via Contact us. Very, very disappointed!”

Very sorry about this late delivery. The driver on Saturday had a long route and additionally there was an error resulting extra miles being done which shouldn't have been. We are working very hard to get all the deliveries on time in London and to make sure such a long delay doesn't happen again.
